A Persona ID is a uniquely generated alpha-numeric identifier that recognizes you as a player based upon your credit card, Golden Tee LIVE Gold Card, or Silver Strike Bowling Bowlers Club Card.
If you have a Golden Tee Live Gold Card or Silver Strike Bowling Bowlers Club Card, your Persona ID is printed on the front of the card. If you are using a credit card to identify yourself on the game, you will need to register for a player account on our website. After registering, follow the instruction to attach your credit card to the player account. Once attached, you can always find your Persona ID by logging in to your player account on
www.GoldenTee.com or
www.SilverStrikeBowling.com and looking in the upper right hand corner of the Welcome Page.

You can contact us and we will be able to look up your username and pin number. For security reasons we will NEVER know your password. You may generate a new password if you know your username and pin. The password will be emailed to the email address indicated in your player account.
Currently, you can only attach a single card to a web account. If you play with multiple cards, you will need to create a web account for each card.
In order to change your email address in your player account, we will send a confirmation email to your new email account. Ensure that the email was not intercepted by your spam or junk mail filter on your email program. You will need to click on the link or copy the URL in the email to activate the change of email address.
The imprint on the front of the card does not always match the data encoding of the card. Credit card companies are also encoding special characters such as ‘/’ and ‘\’ in the credit card data which does not appear on the front of your card. Next time you identify yourself on the game, make a note of EXACTLY how your name appears on the check-in screen.
It is also common for credit card companies to place first, middle, and last name information in different name fields. If you are sure you have the correct encoding of your name (including special characters), adjust where you enter your middle name when attaching a card ( i.e. add it to the first name field in addition to your first name and try the same for last name).

No. Currently you may only cash out of the entire proceeds of your player account.
When you request a new password, we will generate a new password and send it to the email address that is on file with that player account. Please check the email account that you registered with and ensure that it didn't get routed to your Spam or Junk Email folder.
It is possible that you saved your old password in your Internet browser and its remembering the old password. We suggest that you clear out the saved password for GoldenTee.com or SilverStrikeBowling.com from your Internet browser and try again.
You should be receiving your card in the mail 4-6 weeks after you placed your order. If more than 6 weeks has elapsed, please contact us.
When you purchase a Golden Tee LIVE Gold Card or Silver Strike Bowling Bowler’s Club Card, you will be able to tie this card to your credit card. If you ever lose your credit card or your credit card expires, you are ensured that you will not lose your stats because the two are linked. If you ever lose your Golden Tee LIVE Gold Card or Silver Strike Bowling Bowler’s Club Card, we will be able to provide you with a replacement and you will not lose any of your stats.
When credit cards are reissued, it is common that the data encoded on the back of the credit card differs from the original and will not match your old card. Unfortunately, we are not able to discern these differences between the two cards. To avoid this problem, purchase a Golden Tee Live Gold Card or Silver Strike Bowling Bowler’s Club Card.
Yes, but you may still want to purchase a Golden Tee Live Gold Card or Silver Strike Bowling Bowler’s Club Card. You can purchase a card either on a game or via our website.
We apologize for the inconvenience. What you need to do is mail the card to the address that is listed on the back. Include a note indicating that you need a new number and we will replace the card at no charge.

www.silverstrikebowling.com and set up a player account. Attach your card to that player account and then go to Modify / Profile – Order replacement. There is no charge for this.
Contests are open to the first 50 players. If a contest does not fill to the 50 person capacity within 7 days the contest is automatically closed and $1 is refunded back into your Player Account.
Players must create a player account on our website and attach their credit card, Golden Tee LIVE Gold card or Silver Strike Bowling Bowler’s Club card to the account. You will then be able login to your player account and request a cashout. If you are unable to use a computer, a claim form can be faxed to Incredible Technologies for fulfillment.
