Golden Tee Golf has become an international phenomenon, and although the game is the brainchild of Incredible Technologies, its success is the result of a collective effort in many areas. Players, operators and distributors from around the globe have all contributed to its decade-long, record-breaking run at the top of the charts. With sheer determination for success and dedication to the game, some members of this global community have risen above the masses and deserve to be recognized as shining stars.
To honor these individuals Incredible Technologies created the Golden Tee Society in 2001. Membership in the society is the ultimate achievement in the Golden Tee universe, and it’s symbolized by the wearing of the Golden Tee Bomber Jacket. The Masters may have its green jacket, but where can one wear that ugly thing outside of Augusta? The Golden Tee Bomber Jacket is cool, tough, rugged and durable – just like the members who have earned enshrinement in our hall of fame.
Members of the Society are inducted into certain chapters based on their performance. A special patch sewn smartly on the left shoulder denotes the chapter. The past winners of the U.S. National Championship have a patch signifying their membership with the word "Champion". The winners of the World Championship are inducted into the "World Champion" category, while the "Expert" patch denotes our Players of the Year.
There aren’t many opportunities to earn membership in the GTS. Currently one must win the World Championship in order to gain entrance. There is no more exciting moment in video sports than traditional donning of the Golden Tee Bomber Jacket after winning the World Championship. It’s a thrill that only a few have known, but that everyone desires.
