The goal has been the same since the beginning - $55,000.
Ever since tournament director and former Golden Tee world champion Jeff Harlow hatched the idea of bringing back the Player's Charity Championship, he's been fixated on raising $55,000 for charity. The original PCC in 2004 raised over $40,000 for charity, and Harlow has made everyone well aware of how he's wanted to best that total in 2008.
With less than two weeks to go until the PCC on February 22-24 at Side Pockets in St. Charles, MO near St. Louis, Harlow's goal is in sight - and he urges players to have a strong fundraising finish!
"Now is really crunch time," stressed Harlow. "We're trying to make some pushes to light a fire under the players. I just think some players are a little uncomfortable with the idea of asking people for donations some I'm hoping those guys walk in with donations of their own. Every little bit helps because it's all going to a good cause."

After a four-year hiatus, the PCC makes its illustrious return. A charity event first and foremost, the PCC is a special tournament where players can not only compete against top competition, but also help a great cause - the Make-A-Wish Foundation! Other promotions to raise money for the charity will also be held, including a silent auction.
And now it's even easier to donate thanks to the PCC DonorPage. Through this tool, players can create their own personal fundraising website where friends, family, coworkers, vendors, etc. can visit to make donations! All the donations are securely processed in real time, and the money is deposited directly to VG4U. Straight donations of checks and cash are also welcome.
No more waiting! There's two weeks till the PCC. Or better yet, two weeks to help a good cause. Become a fundraiser TODAY and support the Make-A-Wish Foundation!
The race to be the top fundraiser is coming down to the wire for the trio from IT.
Thanks to some unheard of generosity, Sobe, Duffer Dan and Brad have all raised over $5,000 each! Just hundreds of dollars separate the three, with Duffer Dan right now clinging to a slim $500 lead.
With two weeks remaining, any of the three could make a late push and claim the title as the top IT fundraiser.
