Hundreds Make Plans to Attend '08 Worlds

The scores on the leaderboard continue to drop, while the list of names keeps getting longer and longer.

The third week of qualifying is here and the halfway point is just around the corner; if you haven't qualified already, make sure to get your 50 games in. This is "THE" Golden Tee event you don't want to miss, highlighted by: Vegas (enough said) and the Golden Tee party of the year.

While the leaderboard has already surpassed 400, only 250 players have registered to attend and secured their spot at the 08 Worlds, leaving openings to be had for the many players still trying to qualify.

There's also been a change at the top of the leaderboard, with none other than Wichita's Dannyboy Beall finally taking over the top spot with an average of –27.76. Steven Tirey of Dayton, Ohio is right behind with a –27.70 average, while last update's leader, Minnesota's Chris Thorbroggger, dropped all the way to third with an average of –27.48.
